What happens after your website goes live.
The £99 monthly service keeps hosting, SSL, the domain, one business mailbox, security updates, analytics, SEO upkeep, content changes, DNS help, and practical support under one accountable supplier.
This page explains what routine support covers, the public response targets, what needs a separate quote, and what happens if you leave.

Start with what the £99 service already covers.
The summary separates the initial website build from the management that continues monthly. The support limits and exit details follow below.
Plan, write, and build the website
Page planning, full website copywriting, design, build, testing, and as many pages as the agreed launch requires.
Use your content and customer routes
Existing photos and copy can be carried across, with forms, an About page, Google Maps directions, and redirects included.
Set up domain, email, search, and tracking
One free standard domain with renewal fees included, DNS and transfer help, www setup, one business email mailbox, Google Analytics, and SEO setup.
Keep the website managed
Hosting, SSL, security updates, content changes, technical help, and ongoing website support.
Agreed upfront: required pages, existing content, domain and DNS access, mailbox details, Maps location, forms, and redirects.
Quoted separately: complex ecommerce, portals, custom systems, extra mailboxes, paid tools, advertising, and formal guarantees.
The website stays managed after launch.
Support is designed for the normal work required to keep a service-business website accurate, secure, useful, and aligned with the business.
Routine content updates
Normal copy edits, image swaps, proof updates, service refinements, pricing changes, and FAQ improvements are included for the managed website.
Hosting, SSL, email, and security
Managed hosting, SSL, one business email mailbox, routine maintenance, website security updates, and practical technical support remain included.
Analytics-informed improvements
Google Analytics provides a basis for reviewing page interest, traffic sources, and contact actions so later improvements are based on real use.
Free domain, renewals, and DNS help
One free standard domain, www setup, and renewal fees are included while the service is active. DNS assistance and existing-domain transfer support are also included.
Routine support has clear boundaries.
Requests that materially change the website, introduce custom systems, or require formal guarantees are assessed and agreed before extra work starts.
Large content or design changes
New page programmes, continual rewrites, broad redesigns, campaigns, or substantial new content are discussed before work begins.
Custom systems and integrations
Portals, advanced booking logic, bespoke databases, complex ecommerce, and specialist integrations sit outside routine website support.
Third-party services and advertising
Advertising spend, paid software, specialist subscriptions, and other third-party charges stay separate from the £99 website plan.
Specialist resilience requirements
Bespoke backup, disaster-recovery, compliance, penetration-testing, or guaranteed availability requirements need their own written scope.
Payment, cancellation, and transfer timing in plain English.
These are the public working rules for the standard plan. Your agreed written scope and service terms remain the final record before work begins.
Payment before build
After scope and requirements are agreed, the first month is paid in advance so design, setup, and build work can begin.
Live subscription timing
The live subscription month starts when the website goes live, so the first live month remains a full month of managed service.
Monthly cancellation
There is no long-term contract in the standard plan. You can cancel monthly, but the first payment is non-refundable once work has started.
Code transfer after 14 payments
After 14 paid monthly payments in total, you can request the website code as part of a transfer because the initial design and setup work has been covered.
You should know what happens if the service ends.
The exit route depends on what you supplied, how many monthly payments have been made, and whether the website code is eligible for transfer.
Your original assets stay yours
Your domain, logo, photos, documents, and approved copy you supplied remain yours. Eligible account and transfer details can be prepared when the service ends.
Hosting ends with the service
When the paid period ends, managed hosting, the included mailbox, domain renewals, and support stop and the hosted website is taken offline unless another arrangement has been agreed.
Back up business-held data
Before shutdown, email accounts, form submissions, and other important business-held content should be backed up so nothing essential is lost during handover.
Need a support requirement confirmed before you commit?
Send the requirement, expected response time, or technical dependency. Pixel Peak will confirm whether it is included, needs a separate quote, or is not covered by the service.
Review the rest of the managed service
Compare the included work, pricing, process, and common questions before making a decision.
